Description
Sukang Iloko, Sukang Sweet, aromatic and fruity, Sukang Iloko has been a staple on Ilokano tables for centuries.
Starting from select sugar canes, Sukang Iloko goes through a long, almost year long process of fermentation in traditional burnay earthen jars. It is much milder in taste compared to white vinegar and tastes almost like Italian Balsamic Vinegar.
Sukang iloko goes best with fried or grilled foods like Longganisa or Bagnet.
